Active full time employees are covered under a group health insurance plan administered by Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  As part of your employee benefits package, Jones Contracting Corp. pays the majority of the costs towards your health insurance premium, leaving you responsible for only a flat rate of $10 per month for individual and $20 per month for family.  Jones Contracting Corp. also offers an HSA plan that is no cost to employees.

After an employee has been hired by Jones Contracting Corp., they become eligible to immediately enroll in our 401K program.  Jones Contracting Corp. provides a dollar for dollar matching contribution up to 5% of the participants' compensation. 

Jones Contracting Corp. encourages its employees to be strong advocates for the company.  Employees may earn a job referral fee of up to $100 per job referral.

Employees of Jones Contracting Corp. may earn a recruiting fee of up to $4,000 by referring qualified individuals to fill openings in our workforce.

 Jones Contracting Corp. offers the opportunity to purchase vision and/or dental insurance coverage for yourself and your immediate family members. The plan is offered through Delta Vision/Dental.  

All employees are eligible to earn paid time off based on hours worked.  Jones Contracting Corp. also provides 7 paid time off holidays.
